Note: The above salary is based on a minimum annual requirement of 1850 billable hours and 150 investment time hours. Investment time includes: pro bono legal services; legal work on behalf of the firm (i.e., where the firm is the "client"); recruiting; certain client development efforts; training and CLE; and non-billable client travel. Associates are also eligible to participate in the firm’s Associate Bonus Program, which provides a discretionary bonus of up to 30 percent of base salary.
