We know that effective training and mentoring is critical to our associate’s long-term success and we are committed to developing and maintaining first-rate programs in these areas. By doing so, we ensure that everyone from our newest associates to our experienced partners can compete effectively in rapidly changing world markets for legal services. To make this a reality, the firm has appointed a firm-wide Professional Development Committee and professional development administrative staff who are responsible for establishing and overseeing this ambitious program of professional development, mentoring, and training throughout the firm.
