Note: The above salary is based on a minimum annual requirement of 1850 billable hours and 150 investment time hours. Investment time includes: pro bono legal services; legal work on behalf of the firm (i.e., where the firm is the "client"); recruiting; certain client development efforts; training and CLE; and non-billable client travel. After the first year, associates who work 1950 billable hours and 150 investment time hours will be paid additional salary. Awards of additional salary are ordinarily paid at the end of the fiscal year during which it was earned. After the first year associates are also eligible to participate in the firm’s Associate Bonus Program.
